The Nerd Badge of Courage

This is a brief post to let you guys know that it's really really hot in DC (as if you didn't know) and that I am nerdier than is cool to acknowledge.  This is a fact that makes me even nerdier.

And that, people, is awesome.

Thank you, Florinda, for the link!

Gosh... it's been so long since I've been out of the nerd closet, I can't imagine a time in my life where I wasn't anything other than proud of being one.

Hmm.  I think I need to take a coding course, though.

Ummm, you were in the nerd closet? Since when. Hahaha.

Proud History/Lit nerd here. Screw computers!

I feel inadequate now - I'm only a Cool History/Lit Geek. But we all know that nerds are really the coolest. Thanks for playing!

I didn't know it was so hot in DC right now (I'm in LA). That's probably one MORE reason my son is in such a bad mood today.
